    No cash or Cash App payments will be accepted.

  • BEFORE YOU ARRIVE

    Check inventory online if you're looking for a specific product. Walk-in purchases are only available if the item is in stock.

    If you're unsure what to get, consider scheduling a Milk & Mane experience or asking for help in-store , our team is happy to guide you.

  • HAIR ON HAND

    We stock select bundles and wigs on-hand for walk-in purchases. If we have it, we’ll sell it.
    No appointment needed, just walk in during business hours and shop what’s available.

  • 2-HOUR PICKUP

    Want to guarantee your purchase?
    Place an order online by selecting your desired item and choosing the “Pick Up Within 2 Hours” option at checkout.
    Pickups must be made during our operating hours.

    Be sure to bring your confirmation email and a valid photo ID to collect your order.

    Unclaimed pickups after 7 days will be restocked unless otherwise communicated.

  • GROUP POLICY

    To maintain a safe and focused shopping environment, no groups of 3 or more are allowed in-store at once.
    Please shop solo or bring just one guest with you.

  • RETURNS & EXCHANGES

    All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on hair items.
